Exchange only policy.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at jnscreations2021@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

Items offered on our website are available for pick up only.

During the regular season pick up is at the Huskie home game booth and Huskie House on select practice days.

If shipping is an absolute must, please reach out to us via the contact us page or udawgapparel@gmail.com, we will be happy to arrange shipping. Please note, there will be an additional charge.

We make every effort to fulfill your order within [5] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you. We can hold your order until we have your product in stock or refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

Actual colours may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colours differently and everyone can see these colours differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
